Welcome to the USA TODAY Sports+ Lounge! The premier place for all creatives to showcase their talents. Every Friday, we will spotlight artistic content for the 2021 NFL season.

This week, USA TODAY Sports+ community engagement producer Jaylon Thompson pays homage to the city of Atlanta. We are stepping off the gridiron and heading to the baseball diamond in celebration of the World Series.

Sit back and relax as we travel to the ATL with "404" by Jaylon Thompson.

404

Deep in the South, lies a special oasis.

One that commands your attention.

Pristine and vibrant, warm to any addition.

Atlanta is where legends are made,

And there are many.

You know them as MLK and Henry Aaron.

We call them brother Martin and Hammerin Hank.

Cultural icons who built this city, we thank.

Olympic Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, was the site for the Opening Ceremony of the 1996 Summer Olympics. The stadium was renamed Turner Field in 1997 and is now used by Georgia State University.

The world first met us in 1996 with the Olympics.

Now they are back again.

The World Series returns after it begins.

The Braves are ready to soar.

Truist Park is bound to roar.

Atlanta Braves outfielder Guillermo Heredia celebrates after the Atlanta Braves defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 6 of the NLCS.

Let me be the first to welcome the Astros to our land.

It is my honor to extend a right hand.

Three games could decide it all.

After it’s over Waffle House is on y’all.

Kidding only in vain.

The World Series is here.

Let’s play the dang game.
