Daily Sports Smile: NFL legend Bruce Smith haunts Myles Garrett with his own Halloween-inspired QB graveyard

Pro Football Hall of Famer Bruce Smith got into the Halloween spirit early this week. Smith created a Halloween-inspired graveyard of NFL quarterbacks he sacked in his career. The graveyard featured a lot of notable names, given that Smith owns the NFL record with 200 career sacks.
Smith shared a video of his hilarious graveyard. Major names included Troy Aikman, Phil Simms, Dan Marino and John Elway, among others. Smith mentioned he was inspired by Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett providing a similar QB graveyard of his own.
“To you and all my fellow pass-rushers, keep hunting,” Smith said in the video.
Garrett responded in a fun manner. He told local reporters that it was cool to speak with Smith about the hilarious moment.
“He didn’t have to go over the top like that on me,” Garrett said jokingly. “I was just trying to get a good laugh for the season and put a couple of guys that I got or want to get. He put everybody. We know you got 150 guys and you don’t have to flex on us like that.”
Garrett’s Halloween-inspired graveyard included names like Kyler Murray, Justin Herbert and Lamar Jackson ,among others.
The Browns host the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday; Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was also a name on Garrett’s list. It is possible that Garrett adds another sack to his collection during the Halloween matchup.
