This week, USA TODAY Sports+ community engagement producer Jaylon Thompson dives into the Battle of Ohio between the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals. The AFC North rivalry could have major playoff implications.

Sit back and relax as we welcome the "Battle of Ohio" by Jaylon Thompson.

Battle of Ohio

The lights flicker at Paul Brown Stadium.

While the symphonic “Who Dey” chants fill the room.

A war is coming.

This Sunday at noon.

Two teams will enter brazen with pride.

The crowd will be split on each side.

You know the competitors.

They are easy to spot.

Baker has his dozens while the defense runs with Myles.

It’ll be cold, but Burrow still has his smile.

Somewhere OBJ will be watching.

Not really for the game.

Just to see if the fans will chant for his name.

Let’s not forget the playoff implications.

The Bengals are 5-3 and run Cincy nation.

Is this their year to shine?

Mixon and Chase can finish that line.

The Browns are suddenly feeling blue.

Can they rebound, no one really has a clue.

None of that matters on the battlefield.

Between these lines, 60 minutes is king.

Ohio champions have a nice ring.

So growl on Dawg Pound and beat your chest.

Who Dey is coming for the throne.

From Jim Brown to Carson Palmer, this rivalry has grown.

Up there Paul Brown will watch the show.

Both his teams are ready to go.

Battle for Ohio, it’s the best ticket in town.

On Sunday, fans will remember the night the Bengals played the Browns.
