Former University of Cincinnati men's basketball standout Herb Jones highlights the 2021 UC Athletics Hall of Fame class, the school's athletic department announced Thursday.

Jones, a two-year starter for the Bearcats from 1990-92 and one of the key recruits of the Bob Huggins era, led the team in scoring (18.1 points) and rebounding (7.1 rebounds) en route to a Final Four appearance in the 1992 NCAA tournament.

Jones is the only player in school history to score at least 1,000 career points in just two seasons played at Cincinnati.

Jones finished his Bearcats career with 1,097 points and 475 rebounds.
