Sportsnaut: Browns 35., Bears 20

Matt Johnson writes: "The Bears matchup very poorly against the Cleveland Browns. Not only do the Browns have the offensive line to dominate at the point of attack, creating open running lanes, but their receiving corps will exploit an untested secondary. Pair that with Cleveland’s improved pass rush, it’s all ingredients for the Bears losing by two scores. The only way this game is entertaining is if Justin Fields starts."

Play Picks: Browns will cover against Bears

Brian Sausa writes: "After having to play the Rams on the road in Week 1, Chicago gets no favors when it must go to Cleveland in Week 3. The Browns are one of the largest favorites of the week at around -9 after opening at a touchdown, so can it be two big wins for the Dawg Pound in a row? For as long as Andy Dalton is the Bears’ QB, this team is a difficult one to back against an opponent of any quality. Chicago’s defense is a shell of its former self and that’s going to spell points against Cleveland. The Bears’ offense isn’t at all built to come from behind, and things may get out of hand."

Top Bet: Browns 27, Bears 21

It writes: "The Browns rebounded from a gut-wrenching loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 1 by upending the Houston Texans at home last Sunday, 31-21. The defense isn’t quite there yet for Cleveland, but it could just be a matter of time before the Browns figure it all out on that side of the field. Until then, the Browns’ offense will have to keep generating points the way they have been doing so far. The Browns’ run game has simply been unstoppable. The tandem of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt is as dependable as they come. Chicago’s defense offers a sturdy resistance, but it can break against arguably the best 1-2 running back tandem in the NFL today. The Browns might also not have Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr. in Week 3 due to injuries, but Mayfield still has the likes of Rashard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones, Anthony Schwartz, and Demetric Felton to lean on downfield."

Sports World News: Browns will cover against Bears

It writes: "The good news for Browns fans is that Mayfield's injury happened to his non-throwing shoulder. That being said, if Mayfield's injury forces him to miss time, the Browns will probably turn to Case Keenum as their starting quarterback for Week 3."

Sportsnaut: Browns 26, Bears 13

Matt Fitzgerald writes: "Whether it’s Andy Dalton, or rookie Justin Fields starting at QB for Chicago, this is a tough assignment. Dalton flat-out can’t get it done, and Fields could make more plays with his legs, but will probably stumble into a critical error. The Bears’ defense can keep Cleveland in check, but not well enough for an upset."

Draft Kings: Take the Bears with the points against the Browns

It writes: "The Bears will go into Cleveland as big underdogs and a quarterback situation that is up in the air with Andy Dalton hurt. Rookie Justin Fields secured the win over the Bengals, but he wasn’t all that productive in relief. The Browns are hurting at receiver and need to get Odell Beckham Jr. back."
