Pro Football Network: Raiders 24, Dolphins 21

Ben Rolfe writes: "The Dolphins were humiliated by the Bills in their own backyard. That loss has raised some tough questions about Miami’s front office decisions. Now, with the health of QB Tua Tagovailoa in the balance, the Dolphins have to face a Raiders team that has started the season with two huge wins against the AFC North. Look for Miami to play much better this week, but if Tua is not 100%, it will be tough to come away with a victory. The Raiders could be set to start 3-0 and look like real playoff contenders in 2021."

Matt Johnson writes: "The Las Vegas Raiders are one of the biggest surprises in the NFL this season. Exploding to a 2-0 start, this Raiders’ offense is firing on all cylinders. Derek Carr should find enough weak points to exploit, likely Miami’s inability to cover Darren Waller, using that to win the game."

Play Picks: Take the Dolphins with the points against the Raiders

Brian Sausa writes: "These two played an absolute thriller in Las Vegas last December and we’re all getting treated to a rematch in Week 3. The 26-25 win for Miami featured five scores in the last four minutes, so we can only hope for similar excitement here in the same stadium. The major difference now will be that there is no Ryan Fitzpatrick to enter for Tua Tagovailoa, but the Dolphins remain one of the league’s stronger defenses. For this one, the line opened as a pick ‘em."

Will Derek Carr and the Las Vegas Raiders improve to 3-0 with a win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 3?

Fansided: Raiders 31, Dolphins 14

Brad Weiss writes: "To be honest, you never want to look past an opponent, but based on the fact that the Dolphins could be without Tua Tagovailoa in this one, and how well the Raiders have played this year, you have to be confident in their chances to win on Sunday. Las Vegas has a legitimate defense, can score at any time, and they could have an early MVP candidate in Carr. This is a defense that is going to get after the Dolphins offense, forcing some turnovers, and getting the Raiders the ball in some solid situations. Also, the Allegiant crowd is going to be rocking, and I can see this one being a blowout in favor of the Silver and Black."

Sportsnaut: Raiders 28, Dolphins 24

Vincent Frank writes: "Last season saw the Raiders’ playoff hopes pretty much come to an end on the day after Christmas against these Dolphins. It included Ryan Fitzpatrick taking over for a benched Tua Tagovailoa and leading Miami to two scores within the final 2:55 of the game in a comeback effort. Don’t expect similar results here with Tua having just suffered an injury in Week 2’s loss to the Buffalo Bills. Off to a 2-0 start, we expect the Raiders to win this one."

Picks and Parlays: Raiders will cover against Dolphins

It writes: "Las Vegas displayed a very strong offense against a tough Pittsburgh Steelers defense, behind quarterback Derek Carr who burned the Steelers secondary for 382 yards and two touchdowns. The Dolphins could be without starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, are coming off a disastrous shutout loss to Buffalo and will not find things any easier against a tough Raiders defense that gave up only 331 yards of offense to Pittsburgh."
