Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is the favorite to be the NFL's MVP in updated odds for the award from Tipico Sportsbook.

Murray, who has been a key part of the Cardinals' 7-0 start to the regular season, is now +350 to win the award, best in the NFL after Week 7.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is second at +450, with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott third in the odds at +480.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is fourth, at +500, with Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford rounding out the Top 5 at +900.

The Top 7 in Tipico Sportsbook's odds for the award are quarterbacks.

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is 8th in the odds at +2000, the first non-quarterback in the odds.

NFL Week 8 picks, predictions:

Murray has skyrocketed up the odds so far this season.

Tipico had him third after Week 2, at +700, behind Patrick Mahomes (+550) and Brady (+650).

He was an even longer shot before the season.

Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio summed up Kyler Murray's candidacy for the award: "Arizona is the last unbeaten team," he wrote, "and Kyler Murray would win the award if it were awarded today."

ESPN's Mike Tannenbaum had Murray No. 1 in his recent quarterback rankings.

He wrote: "Simply put, Arizona's Kyler Murray is playing like the league's MVP right now. According to NFL Next Gen Stats, he has a plus-8.6% completion percentage above expectation, and he has thrown at least three touchdown passes to three different receivers. And on Sunday, Murray was 7-of-10 for 148 yards and two passing touchdowns on throws traveling more than 10 yards downfield, per ESPN Stats & Information. It was his fourth game this season with multiple passing scores on deep throws -- more than he had in his first two seasons combined (three)."
