Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was asked after Sunday's overtime win against the Minnesota Vikings about the role fans at Paul Brown Stadium played.

Cincinnati Bengals fans cheer on the defense as Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins (8) takes a snap in the third quarter during an NFL Week 1 football game, Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021, at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati. The Cincinnati Bengals won, 27-24.

"The Vikings were going on normal cadence - they weren't going on silent in the beginning. And they false-started three or four or five times," Burrow told reporters. "And that was strictly because of the fans. That's why they give us such a big advantage. And we're gonna keep winning - and they're gonna keep coming - and it's gonna get louder and louder and louder. So that's a big part."

Bengals receiver Tee Higgins, who caught one of Burrow's two touchdown passes Sunday, was mic'd up, and proclaimed his love for fans at Paul Brown Stadium in video tweeted Monday by the Bengals:

Earlier, the Bengals tweeted that it was good to have Burrow back.
