Tennessee Titans wide receiver Julio Jones returns to practice, participates in half-speed jog-through
Julio Jones is back.
The Tennessee Titans wide receiver practiced Tuesday for the first time in three weeks. He participated in a jog-through 11-on-11 period at the end of practice, even catching four passes. Jones also worked on his technique with wide receivers coach Rob Moore during a special teams period.
Jones last practiced Aug. 2, when he left the day early after an awkward tumble in the end zone. During his absence, it had been unclear whether Jones was hurt or whether the team was just resting him. Titans coach Mike Vrabel said early in training camp that the team would be cautious with Jones.
The Titans acquired Jones in a trade with the Falcons during the offseason. He's a seven-time Pro Bowler and a two-time first-team All-Pro selection.
