Myles Garrett recently told the Beacon Journal he wants to prove he's the LeBron James of NFL defenders.

Well, now the Browns All-Pro defensive end and the Los Angeles Lakers superstar have a business relationship.

Garrett and James appeared in an online video advertisement for Ladder, a sports nutrition company launched by Akron native James and other celebrities in 2018.

Garrett posted the video on his Instagram account Friday night. It shows Garrett and James working out and includes comments from James about Garrett.

“Myles is a beast,” James said. “Us having that Ohio connection, too, it made it even more special. Just to see what he's doing in the brown and orange, it's big time.”

After James led the Cavaliers to an NBA championship in 2016, he famously yelled during an interview with ESPN's Doris Burke, “Cleveland, this is for you.”

At the end of the video promoting Ladder, Garrett borrowed James' line while spinning a football in his right hand.

“Cleveland, this is for you. Just keep watching,” Garrett said.
